Description
Built on the core practices of mindfulness, positive psychology, and behavioural change principles, this life-changing evidence-based course provides participants with a step-by-step program that will enable them to manage their everyday stressors. This course comprises of 15 hands-on sessions in which participants learn to incorporate easy yet effective stress-management techniques into their daily life. The content employs tools that may be beneficial in the management of anxiety, stress, and PTSD among others.
